Where: LaGrange / Shipshewana Indiana
When: 3 options to chose from
Fri/Sat/Sun - Sat/Sun - Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon
Friday - July 26th
• A do-it-yourself option of riding the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail, a 17-mile (34 miles round trip) paved, tree-lined rails-to-trails path that connects Goshen, Middlebury, and Shipshewana.
• Then enjoy the many shops and sights in Shipshewana. Followed by a group dining option.
Saturday / Sunday – July 27th &28th
• Two days of riding, Saturday & Sunday (July 27th & 28th).
Routes on Saturday of 22 to 100 miles – Amish countryside.
Sunday of 23 to 50 miles - lakes as well as the Pigeon River nature area.
Monday – July 29th
• Canoe / Kayak tour.
• A club add on - not affiliated with the Amishland and Lakes Ride.
Lodging: Hotel or Camping
• FVBSC has a block of 12 rooms at the Farmstead Inn in Shipshewana. (10 queen / 2 king / first floor / bikes allowed in rooms.) Unreserved rooms will be released June 26th at 6:00 pm.
• Camping option with hookup facilities at the Lagrange County 4-H fairgrounds right across the road from our headquarters at Lakeland High School.
Dining:
• Free breakfast at the hotel
• Rest stops Saturday & Sunday.
• Group dinners for any riders who would like to dine together.
• Hotel in walking distance of downtown Shipshewana dining.
