Description:

Please join us for this special summer Thursday ride. We start just west of Union, IL for a 70-mile picturesque route that takes us north to Lake Geneva, WI. Plan for the longer distance by ensuring you have 2 fully-charged batteries (e-bikes) and 2 full water bottles. Due to the start location being further out be sure to allow sufficient commute time (1 hr.) to arrive well in time for our scheduled departure. Post-ride refreshment at Niko's Tavern, Pingree Grove (at Hwy 20/IL 47/IL 72) is optional.

Notes:

• This Low Intermediate ride may include speeds at a faster pace at times
• There will be stops along the way to regroup.
• Helmet and rear lights are required; front lights & high visibility apparel are recommended.
• Have your bicycle in good working order (include a tube and tools to fix any dreaded flats).
• Bring TWO water bottles, snacks and dress in layers if the weather is cool.
• No music please.
